Event Organizers may pre-create attendee profiles, which may include the following information: Name, Email, Job Position, Company, and LinkedIn Profile. This information is provided by the Event Organizer and they are responsible for the correctness and legality of the information provided.
We collect anonymous usage data of the service including, but not limited to: page views, and actions performed by the users.
Attendees can view and manage their personal information within the Service.
Attendees' public profiles are available to other participants of the event through the Service. However, they are not publicly accessible outside of the event.
Attendees' email addresses are not publicly available and are only used for login and communication purposes and notifications related to the event.
Collected anonymous information is primarily used to improve the functionality and performance of the Service. This anonymous information might be shared with the organizer of the event but it will not be shared with any other 3rd party.
All personal data collected by the Service is stored on servers located within the European Union (EU).
Attendees have the right to request deletion of their personal data from the Service. Upon receiving such a request, we will promptly delete the data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
